At JOCHIGA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective chairs within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Returns Eligibility
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost, including return shipping. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Quality-Related Issues
If a quality issue is confirmed by our team, you may choose between:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund
Non-Quality-Related Returns
If you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to quality:
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Fees paid for expedited or fast shipping are non-refundable
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in new condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all parts, manuals, and accessories
Returns showing signs of use may be refused.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please email us at care@jochiga.com with your order details. Our customer care team will guide you through the next steps.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Due to our fast order processing, cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed after this time.
Once your cancellation request is received, a customer service representative will review the order status and confirm whether the cancellation is possible.
