  • Free Shipping Delivery Time: 10–15 business days

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it promptly to ensure timely shipment.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.
When your order ships, we will send you another email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. A final notification will be sent once the package has been delivered.

Shipping Carrier & Costs

We partner with FedEx to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
All orders include free standard shipping.

At this time, we ship only within the continental United States. Due to carrier limitations, we are unable to ship to the following locations:

  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO, FPO, and DPO addresses

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please try the following:

  • Verify that the shipping address provided is correct
  • Check all possible delivery locations around your residence
  • Ask household members or neighbors if they received the package
  • Contact FedEx directly using your tracking number

If the package is officially confirmed as lost, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to offer a replacement shipment or a full refund, based on your preference.
